Another Day At The Beach House.
We just designed this brochure for the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica to attract people to rent out the space for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events. The City of Santa Monica, with a grant from the Annenberg Foundation, renovated Marion Davies former 1930s estate and pool house where the movie stars of the day frolicked. Today the beach house is an eco-friendly space perfect for your event by the sea. The look & feel of the brochure mixes old hollywood glamour with the modern architecture of today.
Local illustrator Doug Jamieson was hired to paint a map of the grounds highlighting the various rental spaces. The brochure is printed on 100% recycled paper with soy inks, and includes a pocket off the back cover to hold menus and floor plans.
